Cosmosphere model?

Does anyone have diagrams for the origami Cosmosphere found in the 2004 Tanteidan Conference book? Also, does anyone know where to buy the book???

It says under the picture:

The Cosmosphere design is published as part of the 2004 Tanteidan Conference book, available from Origami House, with instructions in both English & Japanese.

one of the reasons i bought that book was to have those diagrams. i was thinking about making it at one point, but that will have to wait... a long time... the pieces take a bit of time, though i'm sure after making a few hundred of them, you'd be able to just guess at the landmark points and still not be off by too much. what just amazes me is she has the whole thing set out with a nice color scheme, which i just can't imagine doing.

There seems to be a mistake on the origamihouse site. Two books for the 2003-Convention, but no one for 2004?
I believe it has to be the 10th Conventionbook, but would have to check out:
