Origami that represents friendship

Post by Caveman »

Hi! New user at the forum so excuse me if i have missed relevant topics, but i searched and could not find any. So here i go.

I`m gonna help my sister fold an origami figure that is going to represent friendship, since she´s going to Japan in a couple of days and live with a host family, so she needs to bring them a gift. So my question is, what color and figure represents friendship for japanese people?

Your sister could fold a heart. I think that's close enough to friendship .
There are two design I like in particular; the 'beating heart' and 'can love be squashed?'. Both of these can be found as diagrams by doing a quick google search, or you can find them on YouTube.
Tell your sister to have fun!
