Could someone help with the steps 33 to 37 please ? I've been trying to fold it for about a hour, and I still can't succeed to do it...

34: fold up
35: I think you fold down & some sort of petal fold

Im having  trouble with step 35,do i have to fold all the upper flaps in half and then fold the lower big flap onto it? The diagram doesnt show much.
