Hollow Animals
The title pretty well says it all. I'd like to find a diagram for a/a few origami animals that you would be able to fold with an item (ring, lucky coin etc.) in side it.

Try Robert Lang's bunny from the complete book of origami, Stephen Wiess's turtle from origami zoo, or R.Lang's Rabbit from origami zoo, although this one is open at the bottom, and you will have to seal it. Also R.Lang's hummingbird from origami design secrets, and stephen wiess's alligator from origami zoo. There are plenty more of hollow animals in the books I have just mentioned, allthough you can find a few hollow insects in R.Lang's origami insects and their kin, though these are rather complex. All of these books are around the U.S $20 mark, allthough Origami design secrets is around U.S $140. In regards to actually folding the model, you should first fold the model without the object inside, then insert the object into a gap, where you can access the hollow part, finally sealing the gap.
