Best Origami Model

I have make about 60 something origami models and I think that I'm getting pretty good at it. Although, I want to make the best/coolest model that I've ever made. Something that would astonish people. It can't be bigger than a 25 cm square because thats the biggest paper I have.

That was a joke and no, there are no diagrams available for this model and there probably never will. The only thing you can find is the CP.

well actually, to tell the truth, there are video diagrams show how to fold each part of ryu zin from satoshi himself. But of course, not everything is free in life so your going to need some yen and paypal account. and also, i kinda forgot the site, so, yeah, good luck finding it. but i do remember it had the word "crane" in it and it was Japanese.

okay so the models that i folded that get the best "wow" factor from my friends are definitely satoshi kamiya's ancient dragon, or loggerhead sea turtle.....also his minotaur is quite impressive.....or anything by hojyo takashi like the violinist. all of these models i mentioned have diagrams available. so good luck!

More recently, I have found the propeller heads tessellation, found in the book Origami Tessellations, also tends to astonish people because they usually can't wrap their minds around a flat square producing something with curves...

If your audience likes Star Wars, Jedi Master Yoda is also impressive if well (usually wet) folded from the right paper.

The Last Waltz by Neil Elias is something that always amazes people for me. Some people just don't seem to comprehend the fact that it was made from a square*, and the dual coloring is fantastic.

*= Note: I know it's made out of a rectangle, but to prove to my purist origami friends I used a large tissue square and folded it down into the rectangle that's needed for the piece.
