Thank you Josh, this is not so special or original in terms of design, it has been done very well and better by more experienced folders, but I am happy with the shaping as you put it.

looks like you've had a meeting with stefan weber at the freising convention. well done!
i've heard a rumour, that this convention could have been the last one because of the difficulties with handling the increasing number of participants. that would indeed be a pity ...
if you're going to visit my little flickr_gallery, please leave a comment - a critical one is welcome, too, if necessary: http://www.flickr.com/photos/57625237@N02/

Indeed I had :) !

The rumour you heard wasn't quite accurate, but I won't delve into the details, I'm not familiar with all the backstage intricacies either. The last I heard from the organisers was quite positive, however - I made sure with them that there was no question about whether I myself would welcome another con'. (of course I would!)

Those are really cool! They look like Eric Joisel masks.

Not by a far shot as nice as Eric's, though I've studied them to some extent and did have them on my mind, but thanks for the compliment :) - I do miss Eric sorely and would have loved to read his comments...

Thank you too Josh !

I wish I could start with an idea or a particular face in mind and actually fold it, but I am far far from that. This one was not supposed to turn out as it did either :
