Josh the pelican looks great, particularly the colour change.

Perhaps you can see if you can design if with the bottom beak the going the other way? At the moment it can't fold any fish

I agree about the beak. It is open on the top and bottom, and if i were to redesign it the other way, it would turn white.

i think it would actually be possible to make it look like it is open on top and closed at the bottom

There is a way. Diagrams will be realeased on the forum as well as my flickr account in a matter of days...
It is possble, of course, i just couldn't do it with that paper... MC should do the trick
