Can you take good, clear photographs of the diagrams? That would be the easiest solution.

As far as programs go, there are a ton of threads in this forum about programs for diagramming. But, some of the most popular include Freehand, Illustrator, CAD, and lately the free Inkscape. Search the forum and you should find some good stuff.

I (and Robert Lang, and Satoshi Kamiya, and Jason Ku, etc.) use Freehand. But since Freehand isn't being made anymore it may lose its position as greatest origami diagramming program.

I really like this picture.
Image
Golden Retriever by Satoshi Kamiya, from a 25 cm square of tan/goldenrod MC double tissue paper.
Image
A better photo of the Sleipnir by Satoshi Kamiya, from a 35 cm square of dark grey MC double tissue paper.
Image
Bahamut by Satoshi Kamiya, also from a 35 cm square of dark grey MC double tissue paper. I can't figure out how to make it look good in a photo.

By the way, all of those were folded dry. Also, all those pictures were taken with the same backdrop. But for some reason it became yellow in the golden retriever pictures.

Hmm strange, I woulnd't understand why since I know nothing about photography...
The Golden Retriever looks a lot like his Smilodon. Are the CP's similar?
And Bahamut's pectorals are a little higher and larger aren't they? But I had the same problems taking photos of it, but I thnk it's best if the shot is taken from the front to the side with the tail. So pretty much everything is featured except for one wing...

Nice folds origamimasterjared, especially Sleipnir. How complex is it (because yours looks like you didn't struggle much)? While in London, I found a nice treasure in one of its bookshops. A little hint:

I just got that book not long ago, assuming the turtle hasn't been published more than once. I really like it, only I don't have the right paper to make the models the correct color. Oh well, it's still a fun book.

Well, both the Smilodon and Golden Retriever are closed-back in Satoshi Kamiya's style that he describes on the Smilodon page in his book, and not uniaxial. But the Golden Retriever uses book symmetry instead of diagonal. The hind legs are from the corners of the square (So they are way too flimsy).

Yeah, I'm not sure what happened to Bahamut's pecs. They're a little low, but they couldn't really be any higher for some reason.

Thanks. Well, it's 167 steps. But it has a such a clean and wonderful folding sequence, without a doubt one of Kamiya's best. It's not overly difficult, and all the folds make perfect sense. Also, the body comes out completely seamless, which was quite impressive. What I love is that if you were to cut off the inside four feet, you would still have one of the best-looking horses in origami.
