yes 3m is the best! dont buy the little can though if you make alot of tissue foil.

here i can't find (never really tried) any place for good paper, so i stay with the common copy paper, it is cheap, easy to get ( I have at least 7 kilograms of sheets in my room, all of them school stuff) and it folds fine. The problem comes with complex models, i found a paper that is just like copy paper but bigger, also i can buy kraft and tissue, just twice have i made double tissue (which i liked a lot). I have never tryed foil and im too lazy for tissue foil
so i choose copy paper

The tortilla stuff sounds awesome, i'll try it tomorrow on breakfast or at lunch

Where would you buy that 3m spray adhesive. I am thinking about making some tissue foil, but have no idea on how to get them together. What else would you recommend for tissue foil materials?

i now use elmers glue watered down. i know they sell 3m at wal mart and fredmeyers and jo annes

i use watered elmers for double tissue and tissue foil

thanks orislater! That is a cheap and simple solution to my problem. I probably have tons of Elmers lying around, but never thought about using it.

i just use regular 35x35 kami to fold maybe i'll get tissue foil sometime soon

I saw some large Unryu paper on the origami shop. Could anyone tell me what that is and how it folds? It seems to hold its shape well but have no idea. Has anyone else used it lately?

i use it alot. lately i sized it with mc and folded a vocaloid out of it. but i gave it to my friend, so ill have to ask her to take a picture for me.

Where do you get kraft paper? It seems like a good choice because its thin and strong and holds a crease

Ive got a package coming from the origami-shop. Does unryu need to be double tissued, or can just the single sheet be MC'd?
