Good work, stinlin. Your corners don't look bad at all. It's where you're folding two edges of the paper to the same line (like in your cat's face, for instance). When you fold several layers at once, the thickness tends to throw things off, so sometimes you have to make compensations. You'll understand how to make them with a little more experience, but basically, sometimes you fold just off-mark in order to make it look accurate in the end. It's not easy to accomplish on your first try, so try the model again, looking ahead so you are aware of where you should possibly fold past your mark, especially when you're folding towards the center of the model (line of symmetry), because most of your paper-drifting occurs when you fold your model in half in the later steps. Good luck!

Well from this angle, it's looking very nicely folded and well-shaped. But don't you have more shots from different angles? I'd like to see the body and more of the head before making any further judgements.

Dang, haven't folded anything since my tortoise, until now!
Jason Ku's Hydralisk from CP, off of his site. It was a difficult, and I still don't really get why the front of the head is so complex because I could replicate it without those flaps. But either way, I'm fairly happy with the result.
Folded from tissue foil, somewhere around 45cm to a side.

I don't like back legs, don't know what to do. It's my first model.

Shaping of the head is very promising, but its beard convert to mane. about hind legs, it is hard to say samething, their construction is not obvious. Try to make front legs in the same way, model will be more well-balanced.
