I've made it before too. Its based off a diagonal 52 grid.
How do you fold the 52 diagonal grid, I really want to make this wasp.

Sorry, but the dimensions are wrong. I can't tell what the dimensions are, but I tried the 52 grid (diagonal) and the points were off.

It's actually based off a 22.5 degree structure, having a 52 grid would put it off.

Here are my pics. using the 22.5 degree structure.

As you make the 22.5 degree, mark the diagonal on the edge, and on the diagonal int. on those two creases, divide in fourths. Use the printed CP to reference the rest. :P Have fun folding. 8)

To make the white wings, just fold the wing down 90 degrees, then straight up before you open the pleats. By the way, this is my first attempt ever at this wasp, how did I do? :)

RollerCoasterBug, I merged your quadruple post into one post, use the Edit-Button next time!
Furthermore use the Preview-Button to check whether your posts look ok. Adding additional img-tags to the Links you've chosen from Imageshack is not necessary and leads that they stay there unused because BBCode doesn't know what for they are meant. I removed all additional Img-Tags you added. Img-Tag's only work on direct picture links. By the way it would be preferable if you used the direct Links given on Imageshack for pictures resized to 640x480 pixels. Imageshack offers the possibility to resize pictures while uploading. Thumbnail pictures are somehow annoying because you have to click them all separately.
As a last point I want to ask you to check your spelling (I corrected some of it). Most browsers nowadays have integrated spell checkers, just activate and use them.
