Bald Eagle
Designed and folded from an uncut square Sept 2008.

Sevond attempt will be with thinner paper (especially for the talons.

I recently made Lang's Scorpion Varileg and Maine Lobster from CPs. (i kinda cheated and used a ruler & calculator...) and i designed a nice ant using treemaker.

Oh, by the way, this is my first post.

Don't worry Zoraz, Lang's design often incorporate very 'irregular' reference points; using a ruler isn't a bad idea! Do you have any pictures of your accomplishments?

Look for a couple things in this video

I briefly flip the filter over so the origami fold is on the outside so you can see that it is folded from clear cellophane.
Shortly after this I separate the two bifringent plates and the fold opens up reveling that there is more to this fold that first meets the eye. Finally I tried to bend the fold so you could see that angles affect the colors. I need a few extra hands !

This is all just one folded square.
