@Phillipcurl I think it might be a bit thick phillipcurl, but that would be a very nice model--I've never folded a crustacean before.
@Harpseal An interesting model. I think I might take a look at it and get back to you. :D

with the light green kraft, I say go for the boxer mantis in License to Fold. I just prepared a lime green thai unryu for this model.

Just got a small sheet of what I think is Stardream. It's golden in color--dark brown on the reverse--and about 120-ish gsm. The sheet's about 61cm wide by 65 long, but I have no clue what to make with it.

Hm. Something that's yellow and brown....some kind of giraffe or complex butterfly? A butterfly would look very nice in golden and brown colour changing...Lafosse's models in particular.

Maybe. I'm don't have any of his books though; do you know where/if he has any diagrams online?

According to Ilan Garibi's(?) review of the paper on Happyfolding, it's good for tessellations. I was thinking of doing one of those since it's a decently large sheet.

I think there's one here: http://www.origami-resource-center.com/butterfly.html
However, I agree that a tessellation would be a nice choice for such a large sheet of paper.

Not much you can do that's complex with paper as small as tha, Alexorigami. My knowledge of models isn't good enough for that.
Has anyone heard of "the orfigami source book"?
I'm not sur it there's more than one, but some of the mythical creatures in there are really good and would suit that paper.

For such a large sheet of paper you could fold something as complex as Shuki Kato's Western Dragon

For low intermediate, demonic Pajarita, on Neorigami.
It has diagrams- go to Neorigami,
Fantasy, pajarita demoniaca, go down to the grey colour link. Choose your own colour.

High intermediate- Chocobo, Shuki's simple dragon, Komatsu's cat, maybe wolf. Gen Hagiwara's kingfishers would look nice.
