This is what I have so far...

I won't be around for the next few days, so I might as well post this so nobody thinks I'm dead.

I've fallen down, and I can't get up.

Hmmm, then what did you do with the flap that is between the upper and lower jaws? I always used it as a tongue, but... ...hmmm...
EDIT: I finished my last four sheets of tissue foil.. ..hopefully, I will have each of them trimmed, squared, and into a 32/32 grid tonight... then, my square will be done!

That flap is used to fold the teeth in upper jaw. If you use this flap to fold the tonge you won't have any point to fold the teeth. That's why I used 3.5 head in my 2.1 ryuzin.insaneorigami wrote:Hmmm, then what did you do with the flap that is between the upper and lower jaws? I always used it as a tongue, but... ...hmmm...

first of all, it isn't made by Satoshi, so it's not 100% what you will get after collapsing, 2nd if you will fold tongue, you want have upper teeth, or if you fold with tongue and upper teeth you won't have nose, it's simple, there are not enough flaps in 2,1 version, look at 3,5 cp of the head and you will get answer why is that imposible to have everything like 3,5 in 2,1

I have a question:
Do the two sections of scales for Ryu Zin 3,5 get joined before you start making them, or after?
I was looking at Kafar's picture:http://www.flickr.com/photos/magik9/4104849475/
And it looked like the scales were already overlapped..
For 2.1, I folded the all the scales, and at the end, unfolded the ones closest to the joining area, and attached them. This, however, would be much harder with 3,5, as there are 5 rows of scales, rather than 3...
