Help with 'A Miura-ken Beauty Rose' AND YES i have read...

I have read all i could find on it and i am still confused. Can someone give me a step-by-step guide on how to make it please. Also about the 'Origami Tanteidan Convention book 12', i can not read Japanese.

The instructions in the convention book are by Lang himself, hence in English.
