I assure you there's no mistake. Diagram is ok. I folded it several times without any problems. Analyze it one more time.

Nope, there are three! There's one in "Complete" as well - I don't have the book handy, but I'm pretty sure that it's different from the ones in OI&TK and OI2.

So, Igor, which one are you trying to fold?

Excuse I at once should say, it in OI-2 large and very beautiful "тарантула". Already of 4-th time I fold but again at me 2 layers are received only.

the hardest step in this model for me was the sink in step 36. I nearly got a nervous breakdown until I managed to get a clear sink.

If honourly it is easiest and bringing to me pleasure a step. I did not like such steps as 42 and 46. And certainly 18-19 not so easy steps.

The model was received from third time, I very much am pleased with it.

The hardest part for me was not to keep the top of the spider's head from ripping.

From the time I start folding the model, the top of the head gets a "+" like crease. That crease is then subjected to a constant barrage of folds, especially when I start performing the flap flipping and the sink/unsink.

By the time I start flattening the head and forming the pedipalps, I almost always find that portion in near ripping point (or already torn...)
I also do card models -- http://cutfoldpaste.blogspot.com

Cupcake had specific problem some time before: he had only six legs... It should be the biggest problem, how to make eight legs if you have just six...
