I have succeed in making the wings and chest, and tails, but how do you hide the extra flap in the cp model?

Could you maybe post a photo of what you have so far with an indication about the flap you are talking about? That would help us to find a solution for your problem.

I just don't know how to hide the extra flap.

What about an open sink in and out? It looks to me as if it would be easily possible on this flap.

You have a couple choices.

The way it looks from Kamiya's model is that he does NOT really hide that flap. It looks to be sunken just like the other tails. Then he just sort of squishes it inside the long middle tail. His special paper (Origamido) allows this to work.

Alternatively you can do as many CP solvers have done, and closed-sink (shove) that extra flap through to the back, and then sink in and out. This is not how Kamiya does it, but it will get rid of that annoying 4th tail.
