Is there an introductions thread?

Post by PaperDart »

Er, most forums I've posted on expected me to introduce myself somewhere - I can't seem to find the right place, though. Am I supposed to do that here?

the "general" forum should be the right place to do that.

I moved this topic to the Personal section, just use it to introduce yourself.

Okay, thanks!

I've been folding paper for a few year, and recently discovered the joys (and frustrations) of making up my own designs. I've put some things up on deviantArt, where spiritofcat encouraged me to join this forum. So, here I am, looking forward to finding more of the origami world!

Welcome PaperDart.
Another South African.
Quentin Trollip has set a high standard for South Africans

You could post your DeviantArt Link in this thread if you wanted, so we can all check it out.

Quentin Trollop gives me something to aspire to! I'm still a novice when it comes to designs, I think.

My dA account is at http://paperdart.deviantart.com

Thanks. I like the unsquare box, particularly the way the paper you chose makes it look even more unsquare, almost surreal.
