hello people im triying to make a Classic Zing Dragon from this diagram

cant get trough step 10 - 11... the squash fold is easy but i cant get to that point...

i unfold 8 & 9 and get this...

then i dont know how to follow the blintz frog base

how far do you come? I assume that you get to the petal fold and don't know how to go on?
