Angel CP help Dao Cuong Quyet

In the spirit of christmas i have been attempting to fold this angel,

But iv run into a spot of bother in the bit i circled, i honestly cannot make head nor tail of it :D

pls can anyone give me some advise?

I haven't folded it before, but just looking at it I can already tell you that there are several missing creases. Wherever 2 diagonals and a vertical line terminate at a horizontal line, there should be a crease going up from there. I hope this helps a little bit, if for nothing else than to reassure you that you aren't crazy.

No-there are creases missing. It is impossible to fold flat when there are intersections with odd numbers of lines or intersections where the difference of mountain and valley folds is not 2. There are plenty of such intersections in the CP.

everything is okay except the reverse fols' MV, and pleats' MV...
other needed creases will appear while collapsing this. Just go on
