Anybody recognize this lizard? The feet look like Lang's Tree Frog...

The overall structure looks like Brian Chan's Lizard 2 but the hind legs are different. Maybe it would help if you would tell us where you found the picture.

Ah, thank you. Yeah, it was on a random flickr account...I think this picture was from OUSA 2009 convention, but the account was poorly labeled.
