Problem Pteranodon R Lang "Licence To Fold"

Hi everybody,

I fold the redpath pteranodon from book "Licence To Fold" and I've got a real big problem on step 16.

I don't understand the unsink fold to arrive on the diagram 17

Please help me.

You just basically bring one hidden layer to the front.
