How someone said, you captured the essence of tyranosaurus. You know always create perfect pose of your model. =D>
But in this case, the essence and pose of tyranosaurus is create by Hollywood movie industry instead Nature (I do not mean the journal).

So, I need such grandmother... to see Joe and learn some models. 8)

Breathtaking model Joseph. Maybe Joseph Wu can convince Dr. Robert Lang to join the forum...maybe.

I've received my copy of Roman Diaz's book today :-D

First model I folded (the model I mainly ordered the book for) was the Hippocampus from 25cm x 25cm Japanese foil.

I'll definitely have to (and will) fold this model again several times before I can perfect the shaping, especially of the mane.

I also folded the Hatching Penguin from 15cm x 15cm Kami.

This is one of those simple perfect models. The result is really cute and I just love the fact that you can hide the Penguin inside the egg :-)
So long and keep folding ^_^

Nice paper! was the jack in the box wrapper square to start with or did you have to cut it? I dont think I have tried them yet, ive been hooked on del taco wrappers for awhile now. Also, what set of diagrams did you use?

Thanks.
I had to cut the paper to square unfortunantly. The wrappers are kinda fun to fold with because it is waxed, like most wrappers I think. I used the diagrams by Hugo Perri (spelling?).
I couldn't really get the ears to work right, so I just stuck with the horns. I am thinking about folding another and entering it in the Origami by Children.

More Work in Progress - Great Wyrm. Foil backed tissue paper., one uncut square. If anyone wants to know how it is folded, I should be at the BOS convention in September ;-)
