I remember reading a book about Origami a while ago and am dying to find it again but cannot remember the title at all. It mentions wet folding and in the few pages of beautiful color pages in the center, had lions and a family of dogs. All of the folding in the photos were very real, and i think wet folded because none of them had stiff angles or corners. It was sort of a showcase of the best work of different artists, but also had diagrams for a few of the animals in the photos in the center. The whole book was designed and printed very nicely. Does this description by any chance remind anybody of a certain book?
More specifically, I'm looking for the mouse that was in the book, and it looked very much like this one:
It might be what Cupcake just said I do not recognise the model so I could not assure it. What I can tell you is that the picture you showed is from Gilad's home page.
You could go to http://www.giladorigami.com/ and search for his email address and ask him, he'll surely know. I could search the address for you but I don't like posting email addresses on public forums

It sounds like the book you are referring to is "ORIGAMIDO: Masterworks of Paper Folding" by Michael Lafosse. It wasn't meant to as a how-to book (although there are a few diagrams) but to showcase origami as an art.
