I found diagrams for Kamiyas unicorn, (which is also published in his book) on the internet, is this legal?

It depends on who you are, where you are, where you found them & how you aquired access to them. And a bunch of other mumbo jumbo. My advice, just keep on breathing.

Unless you have more information than was given, I don't think you can judge that. It is possible, although it may be unlikely, that the person hosting the diagrams online has permission to do so or lives in a country where copyright law is not observed. In either case, it would not be illegal as I understand such things.
