Miss VietNam by VHLT

Post by vohinhlangtu »

Here is a model I've just designed, very simply but it's a symbol culture of VietNam country. A young girl look from behind with long hair & Ao Dai ( Traditional Clothing)

Miss VietNam
Author : Phạm Diệu Huy
Date created : 20/feb/2006
Folded from 01 uncut rectangle paper

Image

Image

Con đường em về ban trưa
Hoa tím nghiêng nghiêng đợi chờ
Tuổi em vừa tròn mười bảy
Tóc em vừa chấm ngang vai...

Image

Em có bao giờ nói với anh
Những câu tình tứ thuở ngày xanh
Khi thu rụng lá bên bờ vắng
Tiếng sao ngân nga vẳng trước mành ...

Nicely done, this model looks really harmonious and aesthetic. :)

But I can't help wondering.... how does she look like from the front?

And this Vietnamese text in between the pictures, which I assume is supposed to be a poem.... any chance of getting a translation without learning Vietnamese?
So long and keep folding ^_^

Your Miss Vietnam is very beautiful. And looks simple. What do you mean, is it possible to show to other peaple how to fold it?

I'm really impressed, it looks amazing. And how fitting that you should present her in a few autumn scenes. Could you perhaps (pretty, pretty please with a cherry on top!) diagram it?! Read this topic and you'll understand why.

thanx, and again, great job!
