Need your advice
First of all, hello to everyone, I am new here. I need your advice on which models I should make. I have to make lots of nice models as I have been invited to Japan to do an exhibition .
It would be nice if the models are quite complex (though simple ones can be nice).
Thank you in advance

Since you want to fold complex models, I would recommend to buy Nicolas Terry´s book "Passion Origami" and fold it from the beginning to the end
Oh, that´s a very nice list!
But how many models do you need for your display? If you fold all the models from the books listed, you should have lots and lots of them.
I could go on with recommending books (a very nice one to have is for example Jeremy Shafer´s "Origami To Astonish And Amuse"), but I think you really have some of the best books collected, along with the fascinating models inside them.
For a challenge, you could only try to fold some cps to accomplish your display. There are for example some very nice models by Brian Chan that would be worth trying

yes, I am in the process of designing some original designs. But they can no way match the brilience of the likes of mr Kamiya's work.
So I make previosly designed models to raise the game of my display
(all of the artists will be given full adnowlagement )
Also I will be the only origamist there, so showing other amazing models might give others inspiration to start origami

My stepmum (who is Japanise) sends pictures of my origami to japan.
Connections from previos trips to japan, one of which is a popular flower aranger, She had an offer to do an exhibition from nagasaki radio.
For some reason or another the station saw my pictures and they wanted me to do a joint exhibition with the flower aranger
This may seem strange as I am probably not as good as many of the people here, but the Japanise love everything to do with England, especialy if it is also related to something very Japanise Like origami
