if this is as good as it looks, I think you are about to receive the first nobel prize in origami! =D>
this looks to be the greatest thing since oripa! [-o< I really can't wait to see how this turns out

Are you planning on making this into just an easier vector diagramming tool alike to inkscape but targeting diagramming?
Or are you making it into a sort of sculpting method where you fold the plane using oripa like mechanics and then just multiple captures compiled into a diagram with symbols?

Hello

a. This isn't a vector diagraming tool, but you can export the cp to svg for example
b. you fold the plain and capture all the steps + symbols but this isn't the same like oripa

Will we be able to draw steps that involve collapsing? How would that work?
I am so unbelievably excited for this. [-o<

Looks like Blender

Is it a python blender plug-in?
Will it be opens-source? I'm on Linux, you know.

There is a step missing between 2 and 3, isn't it?

It looks realy cool with the 3D rendering!

What formats will it export to? Will it be possible to export vector-graphics of the steps without text, to add the text in Latex afterwards?

I'm thinking... and thinking..... and thinking... and may be only maybe I will go to give you some add-ons and not a "complete" software....
