Other than the above module, what other models can be made from sonobe units?
It need not to be a regular polyhedral. Just like the last picture above, in the form of a ring, which is made of 54 units. It's great and i love that. I would like to see other modules. Could anyone share some? It can be modules that are created by urself or found in webs

thank you

You can make all kinds of models from sonobe modules also animals and the like. Some examples can be seen in and on "Origami for the Connoisseur".

A search on Google image gives you a whole bunch of results:
http://images.google.com/images?q=sonobe+unit

For examples it leads to this page:

thank you very much
in ur google link, there is no new module other than this one http://members.shaw.ca/gtarigan/sonobe/index.htm

In that web, he folded already all regular polyhedrons. Powerful!
But i think sonobe units will become loose if the module contain too many "6 unit ring"

i think i've gone through enough regular polyhedrons
it's better to see some creative work such as these two

Well, if you have done all that there already is, it's maybe time that you get creative yourself. I think that there is no limit to what you can do with sonobe units, so just sit down and create something
