You can get a little more help on http://www.geocities.co.jp/HeartLand-Oa ... araku.html , there are others CPs, that looks like "progressive CP".

Hello All,

I hope this thread is not dead. Let me give you some information on me and then I have two questions.
In August I am testing for a black belt in Aikido. The sensei who will be grading me is travelling from the UK to Washington State to present a week long seminar, culminating with a few of us grading. I thought it would be appropriate to go for the "black belt" of origami and fold Shibaraku to present to him as a gift. Are there any updated photo sets other than Mummykicks flicker sets? All of the Image Shack sets referenced here seem to be gone.
I have some large paper, and my research indicates that the finished figure will be about 1/3 the height of the length of one edge of the original square,. So, if I want a finished figure of about 30cm in height, I should start with a square of about 90cm x 90cm. Am I correct in my take on sizing?
Thank you for any input.

Hello everyone,

I recently bought the book "Origami Works of Takashi Hoyjo" published by Gallery Origami House. I have started folding the Shibaraku but am stuck at step 308. I don't have any idea how to proceed to step 309.

I have tried searching websites and videos but could not find any tutorials related to this.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
