My book kinda fell apart because of bad glueing by the publisher. All pages are there and it may be possibel to restore. I now sell it for a mere 15 euros. Anyone interested?

i'm just posting a reply to note that i think this is a common problem with this particular publication. one way to restore it and maybe make it slightly more attractive to a potential buyer is to take it to a copy store and making the entire thing spiral bound.

I own a number of books published by Origami House. And of all those books, it's only the Origami Insects II that's falling apart. Bad batch perhaps. :(

In my case, the latter 1/3 set of pages fell off. I squared them off and held them between two plywood sheets. Then I roughened up the edge that comprise the spine, and smeared it with a generous amount of elmer's glue. After drying, i glued the whole thing back to the book. I was able to get a good fit and the repair was hardly noticeable.
Luckily, the original 2/3 is holding up well.

Just a smidgen of info : An upgrade to Elmer's glue might be Gorilla glue.
Comes in brown or white .
Strong stuff !
I'm guessing that it more closely resembles book binding glue .
Generally available at most home improvement stores .
