Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on origami for a project that I will start soon.
The Background of it:
I'm a game design student and our next semester is a self-initiated project. I'm planning on making a point-&-click adventure and am currently looking into the possibility of making the world & characters with origami.
I haven't done any origmi stuff since school and am in need of help for instructions (like for example where to get the diagrams for all those cool figures).
I would appreciate any help or advice on the matter.
Cheers,
Stormbride

There are tons of books that can help you, and you can also find diagrams in the web. A good start could be: http://www.origami-resource-center.com/
Have you also looked at the legal aspect related to using other people's origami designs for your game? If not, I advice you do. Maybe it's all fair use since you'll make the game within an educational context. You should look that up in case you haven't .

Thanks, Gerardo.
I'm gonna check out that site and will for sure check legal matters before I begin.
At the moment I'm just toying around with ideas, while there are games with paper cut-out figures / levels, I haven't seen any using origami. So that might be a bit of a novelty.
