Max's bus and trains

Post by Dave Brill »

I've a bit to add here.

Max Hulme's London Omnibus was published in BOS Magazine 117 April 1986. If you're a BOS member you should be able to borrow this from the BOS library. Contact Pauline Trew here to make your request.

If you're not a BOS member, you should be!!! Join IMMEDIATELY!!! see:

http://www.britishorigami.info/society/joinbos.htm

The diagrams are Max's own, but only a little cryptic. Those of you tackling Black Forest Cuckoo clocks and Kamiya Wasps from crease patterms should have NO PROBLEM at all with the bus.

The Max Hulme Trains booklet was published simultaneously with the BOS longest train record attempt at the National Railway Museum in York in September 2003. See

http://www.britishorigami.info/gallery/ ... /train.htm

... so the correct date of publication is Sept 2003.

Not sure why this booklet isn't listed on the Supplies page, but contact Supplies Man Ian Harrison here* to get your copy.

Lots of other great work by Max Hulme to fold in many locations! Check the Database for more info.

Thanks Anna, and thanks Dave (from one Newbie to another). I'd forgotten about it being in the magazine.

Yes.
Patience is a virtue.
What's your hurry?
Why don't you do some folding to practice?
It will give you something to do instead of replying to every post?
