Troubleshooting Inaccurate Creases

As I'm sure many of you know, a small location error in precreasing can quickly compound and throw off the entire model.
I realized too late that a crease in a model I'm folding was a millimeter off (in a 30cm square), and it's throwing off a bisector later in precreasing. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it.
I have two main options: fold the bisector as-is, which might continue compounding; or start over with a new sheet of paper and risk running into the same issue.

What would you guys recommend?

Might as well proceed if only as an educational exercise, to see how much compounding actually happens, and whether or not at some point you can fudge the model back to "normal." You can always start over later!
