Kami is just simple plain paper, the one that is used everywhere, nothing special so.

you mean like those common kinds of paper? Onion skin paper feels powdery and is very delicate (But it's good for million layer paper folding :) )

It folds very nicely(especially those folds that has about 5-8 layers underneath it) and it's very thin making it easy to rip so be careful when you fold it. Sometimes, the paper leaves powder on your hand which feels kinda weird(but the powder kinda soaks the sweat on your hand...lol)

The uncolored kind of onion skin looks kinda like parchment paper but has less of those "shadowed spots" when you put it near light.

It's great to fold with it

And I just tried folding john montroll's spider with it. It looks very nice and it wasn't very hard to crese it :D

So long and keep folding ^_^
