This is a really great topic, I will be adding some new bookmarks! :)

For my contribution to this thread:

Noboru MIYAJIMA:
http://origami-fantasia.com/index.html
Japanese & English language, simpler to medium-complexity models, tending toward 22.5° structural type, really great stuff, lots of CP. Great web site to be practicing CP structures.

Beth JOHNSON:
http://bethjohnsonorigami.com/
https://www.flickr.com/photos/bethorigami/
Simpler to medium-complexity models, some limited diagrams and CP, more balanced toward gallery-type.

Kei WATANABE:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/145614922@N07/
Very complex and life-like models, lots of fishes, almost no CP and extremely weighted toward gallery-type.

Tomoya TENDO:
https://twitter.com/end_tt
Japanese language only, more mathematical in nature with only partial focus on origami. Lots of kaleidoscope type designs and structures, some of which are paper. A handful of CP's.

Ares ALANYA:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/aresorigami/
Some great simple to medium-complexity models, very generous with sharing of CP's for almost all posted models. Doesn't look like updated too much lately but well worth a browse.

John MONTROLL:

Mostly a library of publications and not too many diagrams/CP or gallery emphasis.

Roman DIAZ:

Gallery, plus a handful of CP.

Seth FRIEDMAN:
http://friedmanorigami.com/
Some really great models particularly I like his birds. Seems to have an available CP for almost all models, which is awesome.

Origamiasa, please watch the double-posting. There's an edit button with which you can add to a post. :)
That said, this is a great resource.
