Works of Satoshi KAMIYA: How do you guys get it?

Looking around on this forum, I noticed a lot of people have the "works of Satoshi KAMIYA" book. I went to my the local bookstore, checked the library, ebay, amazon, and still couldn't find it. Is ordering it from Origamihouse the only way to get it? It looks so complicated to order, I have to find out the exchange rate for Canadian and stuff from them..... plus it will probably take a while

If there is an alternate way (that's legal) to obtain it or the diagrams inside it, plz tell me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Go to the "Source" at Origami USA http://www.origami-usa.org/thesource/agora.cgi on the search option type kamiya and you will find it for U$50 (+s&h I guess)
