RIP Artur Biernaki

Post by paladinNJ »

It is with great regret that Artur Biernaki passed away suddenly last month.

Artur gave us all some great origami and will be remembered.

I had the privilege of discussing some of my work with him a few years ago. He was always generous and very patient.

thank you for doing this. i heard some time ago. i meant to resurrect his photo thread and post a memorial there, but have had my hands full. i did not know him, did not interact with him, but he was active on the board back when it was the major forum for origami. he was very active and a major resource for those seeking to solve crease patterns, as well as a talented designer himself. i was shocked when i heard. condolences to his spouse.

to be honest...I am currently a bit shocked!
didnt know Artur passed away from us!
He was really a very impressive person eventhought I never met him in person!
He was one of the first who figured out how to fold the Ryu Zin 3.5 according to the CP isnt it?
Just AMAZING!

He will be missed!
