Definitely two risk factors. Also, I have to admit I don't have any Komatsu books (yet).
Well, Komatsu doesn't have any books (yet). The diagrams for the sheep are in a tanteidan magazine, one of the ones in vol. 19

yeah I made that sheep, it's pretty good
But it is seriusly annoying because the instructions show the colours but the wrong way round (black to white-white to black) and it seriously makes you go crazy
but yeah I suggest you do it

Hi Sara,
You have ignored and jumped my post!
"moment of truth" did not seem seem to you a good suggestion
or for some hidden reason was not in your intention to answer me?

Ah, sorry for that. I'd commented in a previous post that I wanted to make a video on that model, so I somewhat jumped yours. I'll still have to ask permission, and see whether I'll teach it in Italy. But if both turn out ok, I should have enough practice by then to make a video on it in the December or the new year. It'd be a tough video to make, but hey, I'm up for the challenge.

Sara, or anyone else who owns this book, Origami Tanteidan 15th Convention.
Is it CPs or like diagrams...?

Almost all models in Tanteidan are presented using full diagrams. I think in Tanteidan 15 there are no models with a CP only, in Tanteidan 14 it's only one CP (Wall-E). [Some diagrams include a CP in the beginning, of course.]

Hi Sara
I think the Eric Joisel Fish would be fun. Not too many steps, but heavy emphasis on shaping. And you don't see to many of them on the net, which is a shame.
Either way, keep up the excellent work, it's much appreciated!

How 'bout Lang's tree frog? Its a pretty nice piece and diagrams can be found in ODS, and I think you have it since you folded that awesome black forest cuckoo clock!

I second that. Although I found the diagrams alright to follow I ended up appropriately terming my first rendition of the tree frog as "Roadkill"... unfortunately the paper teared and the frog's back was all ripped open.
However, what I would find most interesting in that model is a focus on shaping. While the very folding didn't seem too hard, I still have no clue how to achieve these awesome eyes and the shaping of the feet.
