Erm... Just bought the book, and I need to know two things.
How do the secret codes work?
And how do I get the e-book?

In my question, I meant how I download it (I purchased it).
I read the download e-book page, and how to get it. I figured it out myself.
But thank you. :)
EDIT: Checked email, it was there, and it's awesome.
Now trying to find out that code x-x

I emailed Nicolas Terry and he said just fold following the tips/steps. It is still not completely clear to me what to do, so if anyone has done the secret code I would appreciate an explanation. :)
