Wine labels for a social community

Hi all
Has anybody of you a little bit of time to help me, working in a community of social vulnerable and disabled people in the country of Georgia, with a marketing problem? We produce wine here and are developing a new label for it. To get a base for our discussions, I wrote a little survey that I'd like to ask everyone who has the time to fill out and, maybe even more helpful, share it with others on social media. The Survey will probably be running for two weeks from now on...
