A lot of metal here, which is nice.

Got to mention Boards of Canada, wonderful to fold to:

This is a good one.

Currently my fav songs are The Killchain by Bolt Thrower:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eShSOlhX9w

And Cosmic Love by Mizuki Nana //Nana is the first name
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uii4R4rSNVw

Do you think I am qualified as a pure metalhead considering the fact my favorite band currently is Bolt Thrower? :D

Your second song sorta ruins the image of a pure metalhead...

wow, that's very close to heresy Image

I'm surprised with all of the fans of metal here... I wouldn't have thought that people would think metal would go well with origami :)

My favorite band would definately have to be Arcade fire
Ilike all there stuff but these are probably my favorites- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iz-WDk7Tbsc

Even though i love power metal, Im not a big fan of Rhapsody of Fire...they just seem to be missing something, but I don't know what.

On the other hand, that song by Running Wild that Chris posted earlier... simply AMAZING!
Still a dragonforce fanboy though, along with System of a Down.

I think the reason I like Dragonforce is because they were my introduction to the whole genre. Because of this, I bought all their albums and became very familiar with all their songs. The only real downside I see with them is their inability to play their own songs live.

same with me and Pretty Maids. most people don't even know them but they are my all time metal heroes. I remember that I was in hospital when they was introduced to me. I listened to the cassette the whole time and bought the "future world" album on the day I came out of the hospital... wow that was 1987, I'm really getting old Image

their cover of hammerfalls "back to back" even beats the original :)

I have a couple other bands I recently started listening to. I suggest to those of you who like Disturbed and such to try out All That Remains, and if you like ATR, listen to Destroy The Runner. It's a good band.
