I had trouble understanding what the hell he was saying, but it sounded more like some Japanese state than "Portugal". And the first sentence sounded more like "Uh...hi. My name is stick. By listening to the way he talks you can clearly tell that he is Japanese. Since the Japanese language has limited syllables, they have to add extra syllables to English words in order to pronounce it in Japanese.
