Well, no, actually it's us (Anna and me) who put this smiley on our Origami Austria homepage. I don't remember where we found it, but it was somewhere on the web.
Btw, you don't need babelfish to translate the homepage, it's available in English as well at http://www.origamiaustria.at/index.php?lang=2 (the flags in the menu are for switching the language...)

That translation gave me a big laugh, especially because we´ve written about half of the texts on our homepage in english first and translated them back again to german...
By the way rokonacdc, you should either press the button with the arrow pointing downward on your keyboard or if that doesn´t work buy a new keyboard. It´s a little bit annoying, that you write everything in capitals.
