I tried my hand in programming with Python, like 2 months ago..
Just did the basic stuff though.

html, php, css, vb, and some others.

have to know some for school, others learned for fun, but i don't program much anymore...

i built it entirely with html, php, css except for the blog. i did do some custom css editing on the blog though.

Visual Basic is.
PHP is a scripting language and I myself do not classify it as a program language as it is mainly used for scripting.

I do simple scripts in BASH, because it's required for my work. Also trying PERL now!

I know. html and css are for web development so they aren't classified as programming languages. but who is going to make a thread for "who does web development and scripting languages?" :D

i'm using 000webhost for it because i saw no reason to host it on a payed server if it only gets like 1 visit per month.

When I used to work for a game cheating/programming website and forum, we were running on Hosting24 and it was really good, and it was cheap too. but sadly that website got hacked and they had to shut it down...
