I love the stick men orchestra forming.

I was wrestling with twists and came up with a scheme for a pent-twist box that I am using for Christmas Crackers this year

CP and folding scheme at blog: http://www.wonko.info/365origami/?p=3936
I even videoed the collapse for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFGjnyTX ... e=youtu.be

I would be interested if anyone else could try it and check it makes sense to more than just me.
I fold therefore I am.

Arrow in Heart - Swapnil Das:

Arrow In Heart - Swapnil Das by sr123ification, on Flickr

New design! This design came up to my mind when I saw someone "draw" a writing in paper without pencil but by folding! I like to call this technique "Pixels Technique".
Folded from: 45 cm Kami on a 40 x 40 grid.
Time to fold: 2 hours.
Difficulty: Complex.
Hope you like it! :D
Merry Christmas! :D
btw, there won't be a CP for this model.

Nice model! I've seen this tehnique before but I didn't think of using it like that. But I wouldn't call this a complex model.

Thanks! Actually, someone designed this for the IOIO 2013. But it seemed quite complex to me so I put it in. :)

nice fold, but it's not your design. The person who originally took credit (I think... he has said so and diagrammed it) is Evan Zodl. Models like this are kinda hard to say you designed. I believe that you came up with the grid and necessary reverse folds, but check flickr. So many people do it. One person did a mural of Mona Lisa and Jesus using this techinique. I actually folded something quite similar to yours last week. It's a generic technique that you can modify. You used the technique, so I'm not sure if you can call it your own design. diagrams for how to do it are here: http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4504 ... rams-1.pdf
I would rather fail trying than fail without trying....

Thanks! so basically it's Evan Zodl's Design, right? well then it's a very nice rendition of his technique, then.
