I had a crack at Fumiaki Kawahata's TRex from the latest Tanteidan I have received - worked a treat, lovely self-standing model with fantastic proportions and exemplary paper management

Here's a recent design. It's a 9-holed pen holder.

Here's a tutorial for it:

Nice models and designs as usual!

I could really use some feedback on this one if you guys don't mind:

I like the overall design, the stripes, body, tail, and proportion of the head.

Things to consider for Versions 2.0 and 3.0, as far as design or folding tweaks:
1. Try to make the stripes a bit more consistent in spacing, size, and width.
2. The feet should be about the same size, folded the same way, and all 4 touching. You might look at various methods for folding the feet for different appearances and effects.
3. Not sure, I think the model might look more regal if the neck were folded so that the head was raised a little.
4. With the ears shaped away from the head more discretely, the model might look more 'alert'.
5. Again not sure, but I think that the snout of a tiger has a clear stop, rather than a smooth slope, perhaps shorter and flatter than your model.

Thanks for the suggestions! I might refold it if I can find a better way of collapsing the legs.
