GroßMichael

Post by GrossMichael »

Hello! I'm Michael from Romania. After being on the forum for a while I decided to open my own gallery topic. I know I have't posted much but I'll try to be more active.
Here are some of the models folded by me. I won't post older models but you can still see them on my Flickr Photostream All of the models are designed by other people because I don't have own designs yet. For details about paper go to my Flickr.

The frames are made by myself. I cut the frame from cardstock and glued a transparent foil to it. Then I made two of these frames and sandwiched the model between them.

I'm digging your Eagle fold. Looks hard :-)

I've folded Brill's bottle before, but never out of clear material. What did you use? Cellophane?

I got the ''paper'' from one of Jo Nakashima's facebook challenges. He said he bought it in a Daiso store.

I forgot the designer of this model. I already searched the database but haven't found anything. If you know it please post it.

I love NT's tissue foil, but I think that the frog needs thinner paper.
I would like to know the designer of the rabbit too, looks great.

Thanks! Yes, you're right, 60 gsm is a bit too much for the frog but I realized that the paper is too thick only when I started shaping it.
Found the rabbit. It's actually a donkey reading the newspaper designed by Daniela Carboni and Roberto Gretter.
Diagrams here.
