Bull Shark by

With this model I wanted to achieve a specific look characterized by the bull shark—"stocky shape, broad, flat snout, and aggressive, unpredictable behavior" (wikipedia). I struggled for many hours trying to figure out the front half, eventually settling on this design. This model required special attention to achieve a front loaded effect, especially with the line placements, angles and different features. Most of the "random" features were carefully placed to highlight specific muscles and body form.
This shark uses 22.5° design, in contrast to many of my other designs, including my previous shark.
I will probably diagram and include the model in my origami book.
