My Creations

Post by iAm4free »

Hey these are a few of the models which I have created since I started to do Origami let me know how I can improve on them!!! If you really like the model please write which one you like the best and why? Perhaps I can use that style to develop more....

This forum has always encouraged artists to do more with origami and its really pleasant to read everyone's suggestions.

3 Petals Flower
I am not a hundred percent sure if I have not seen this model anywhere else as there is a doubt in my mind that I have seen it elsewhere but do let me know....
Image

4 Cornered Box
Came out of the air.... I didn't like the look of it!
Image

4 Petal Star Box
I dedicate this to Sri. Aurobindo Paper Factory.... as I created the folding sequence while I was being taught an Ash Tray by an elderly lady....
Image

4 Pointed Bowl
Mmm.... Just a Bowl.
Image

Abstract Crown
It involves 4 cuts so its entirely not origami.....
Image

Anteater
2 pieces no cuts.... I like the picture more than the model :)
Image

Bird in Flight
One of the models created from my own Basic Shape.
Image

Bird on a Branch
Dunno what it looks like....
Image

Bird Sitting
Stupid looking bird.
Image

Baby Bear
I dedicate my Baby Bear to Edwin Corrie!! Coz the face is similar to his puppy dog!!
Image

Coaster
Would look cool when done in cloth or plastic paper or metal foil.
Image

Family Frame
Personalised photoframe exclusively done for my family.
Image

Kingfisher
I think u'll have seen this before.
Image

Mouse
This as well....
Image

Octopus
One Piece involves 4 cuts so not entirely origami.
Image

Pyramids
There was a poll on this model....
Image

Ram
1 Cut 2 pieces of paper.
Image

Rhombus
I was fiddling with the ball base and came up with this and an egg which looks clumsy.
Image

Square Photoframe
Another Photo Frame
Image

Star Photoframe
Also a frame made from my Basic Shape.
Image

Sweetbox
Created from the Birdbase.

Nice!

I liked the ram and the anteater in special.
Any chance of you making CP's of them?

They are very nice and beautiful!
The 3 petals flower: I know there is a design of a 3 petals flower, but it´s not exactly like the one you did. "Origami Step by Step", by Robert Harbin has the diagrams for it.

By the way, I like very much your flower! :)
May the shwartz be with you! ;)

Nice models and photos.

The bird in fly looks very like the Alice Gray's Dove.

Hey Cupcake do u know if we can create a small bush where we can put the flower, would look much prettier!!

:) You know I first thought it was similar to an Iris model from a book which I learnt origami from when I was a child and later looked up that book which was in the attic and found out that the Iris had 3 small cuts..!! :)
